Health & Safety Notices
- Feeling Unwell? If you are experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your visit.
- Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the building. Please use them frequently.
- Mask Use During Illness Season: Masks may be required during flu season or outbreaks. Please follow posted guidance and staff instructions.
- Restricted Access: Visitors are not permitted in isolation or quarantine areas unless specifically authorized.
- Limit Physical Contact: If you’ve recently been ill, please avoid hugging, kissing, or close contact with residents.
- Face Mask Advisory: Due to an increase in influenza in the community, we strongly encourage all visitors to wear a face mask while inside the facility.
- COVID-19 Alert: There is currently a COVID-19 outbreak in the building. Please take precautions and follow all safety protocols.
- Resident Exit Safety: Please do not allow residents to follow you out through secure doors. Keeping our residents safe is our highest priority.

Resident & Family Guidance
- Designated Areas Only: Visitors must remain in designated areas. Entry into staff-only zones is not permitted.
- Responding to Resident Needs: If a resident appears confused, lost, or distressed, please notify a staff member immediately.
- Gifts & Food for Residents: All food and gifts brought for residents must be approved by staff prior to delivery.
- Handling Resident Belongings: Please do not leave any valuables or personal items with residents without notifying facility staff.

- We Value Your Feedback: You may receive a text message following your visit asking about your experience. Your feedback helps us improve and recognize our team—thank you for participating.
- Leave a Review: When signing out, look for a message inviting you to leave a Google review. Show your review at the front desk—we appreciate your support!

Meals & Guest Services
- Guest Meals Available: Guest meals are available for $5. Payments can be made at the front desk or with a credit card in the business office. Please place your order by 11:00 AM on the day of your visit.
